Left untreated, chronic wounds can lead to diminished quality of life and possibly amputation of the affected limb.

The newly expanded Carson Tahoe Center for Wound Healing is located on the second floor of the Carson Tahoe Specialty Medical Center at 775 Fleischmann Dr. in Carson City. The center now provides the latest advanced treatments to help these patients heal and with a faster recovery times.
