April 3, 2021 (All day) Carson City Elks Lodge #2177 installed their officer corps on April 3. Al Bye, past State President was on hand to help with the installation of officers. Jim Smolenski, who was the Exalted Ruler, relinquished the reigns to Martha Reynolds, the new lodge’s incoming Exalted Ruler.
