Carson Capitals baseball fundraiser set for Tuesday at Pizza Factory

September 13, 2016 (All day) The Carson Capitals Baseball Program are already swinging for the fences. Pizza Factory is donating a percentage of sales on Tuesday, Sept. 13. Come grab a pizza, some bread sticks, a calzone, or a salad and support Carson City’s one and only travel ball program.

Today is National Lazy Day, and the options for taking it easy are endless. A day spent poolside at Carson Hot Springs, lunch and some live music at Comma Coffee, or just playing some board games with the family at Nerdvana are all good ideas. Dancing the night away is always a fun start to the week, even if it’s not lazy. Check out Rosebud’s Dance Band in the Comma Coffee Courtyard, or head to El Charro Avita for High Sierra Swing Dance Club’s weekly night out. Dachshund lovers may want to head to Fuji Park for the Silver State Sausage Society Sausage Social: try saying that one five times fast.
