Going into Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019 more sunny skies and warm fall temperatures will continue to shine on the capital city as we prepare for the Nevada Day weekend. Ahead Tuesday include a morning walk and evening hike with Muscle Powered, a "haunted" cemetery tour at Lone Mountain, a business networking meeting at Casino Fandango and the Fat Tuesday business networking group at Carson Nugget, archery at Centennial Park and more. Enjoy the day.

Heading into Tuesday, August 27, 2019 we're looking at continued hot weather around the capital city, with daytime highs in the mid to upper 90s. Ahead is a job fair at the Carson Nugget, a Fat Tuesday business networking gathering, a morning walk, evening hike and a bike ride with Muscle Powered, free skin cancer testing offered by Carson Tahoe Health and Wellness Institute, a Relay for Life fundraiser at Firehouse Subs and more.

A Carson City business networking group, Fat Tuesday, will meet this Tuesday, August 27 at Alatte inside the Carson Nugget. All are welcome, attendance if free and there isn't a membership fee.

Network your business every third Tuesday of each month. The next "Fat Tuesday" Business to Business opportunity in Dayton will be Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at J's Old Town Bistro, 30 Pike Street, Dayton.

The event is from 5 to 7 p.m. Must be 21 and over to attend. There are no membership fees. Only bring your business cards. Registration is required. Attendance is Free. Your ticket will get you 1 complimentary Beer/Wine or non-alcoholic beverage, and appetizers will be served.

Northern Nevada Development Authority will feature a discussion on Water Rights as part of its Business Edge morning discussion series in Carson City.
