Sometimes it takes a while to get the big picture, to see things coming into focus. Now, I am not much for conspiracy theories, but if anything looks like it is being driven by design, this is one. One block from the State Library and Archives in the heart of Carson City’s downtown government sector, the landmark building at 504 E. Musser Street has been renovated and beautifully transformed as the Richardson Building.
