May 25, 2019 - 10:00am Nevada Author, Sandie La Nae, will be selling her books at the "Doc's Real Cowboy Wild West Fest" event that is being held on the 2019 Memorial Day weekend, at the Virginia City Arena
located at 395 "F" street in Virginia City, NV.
Popular books for sale will be her "Historic-Paranormal" volumes and the "WEIRD" series co-authored with Special Works Historian, Arline La Ferry.
Saturday, May 25th from 10:00 - 5:00 and Sunday, May 26th from 10:00 - 3:00.

January 10, 2019 - 5:15pm Sinda Slagle, the author of “London Spies” will speak at the Brewery Arts Cafe in Carson City on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, as part of the BAC's Book Masters meeting.
She will speak a little bit about her book and bring books for sale. We will have a question and answer session. Her books are available on Amazon including Audio Books, Sundowner in Reno, and Morleys Book Store in Carson City may have some copies left.
This event is free. It begins at 5:15 p.m. at the Brewery Arts Center Cafe, 449 West King Street in Carson City.
Nevada authors gather for book signing at state museum in Carson City

The Nevada State Museum in Carson City will be hosting a book signing featuring more than a dozen Nevada authors. The Autumn Book Signing event is Saturday, Dec. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will be held in the Dema Guinn Concourse of the Nevada State Museum, 600 N. Carson St. Admission to the book signing is free. Light refreshments will be served.

Every first Saturday over thirty shops, restaurants, businesses, and organizations stock up on wine and goodies and throw open their doors to the crowds of merry-makers. New York Times bestselling author Ellen Hopkins will lead a Meet the Authors dessert and wine reception in Carson City on Friday, June 14 from 6:30 to 9 pm in the Carson Nugget Community Hall in the Aspen Building on the Western Nevada College Campus.

September 21, 2012 (All day) The Friends of the Carson City Library will have their Harvest Book Sale at the Library Thursday, Sept. 21 from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday, Sept. 22 from 10 am to 4pm. All books for sale are newly donated. We have a large assortment of fiction and nonfiction, adult and children's books, hardcovers and paperbacks. There will be a preview sale for members of the Friends on Thursday, Sept. 20 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Nonmmembers can join at the door. All proceeds benefit the Carson City Library.
