The Reno Chalk Art & Music Festival returns this summer, July 8th through July 10th at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. Over the course of three days, amateur and professional artists will transform pavement into spectacular masterpieces while they battle for prizes in categories such as Best Use of Color, Best Use of 3D and Best Reproduction of a Master’s Work.

October 29, 2021 - 8:00pm Two of country music’s rising stars. One special night. Stephanie Quayle and Seth Cook will take the stage for Nashville Live! at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Friday, October 29.
Rolling Stone Country has named Quayle an artist you need to know, CMT tapped her as part of their Next Women of Country franchise, The Kelly Clarkson Show has featured Quayle as a performer and guest, and the Grand Ole Opry has hosted the get-it-done artist multiple times. Quayle’s singles “By Heart,” “Wild Frontier,” and “We Buy Gold” define a new era in her musical journey.

The Reno Chalk Art & Music Festival came to an end Sunday with a final flourish of vibrant colors and excitement. Over the course of three days, artists from across the country showcased their skills while battling for prizes in categories such as Best Use of Color, Best 3D Design and Best Reproduction of a Master’s Work.
A record 151 artists participated in the fifth edition of the event that returned in 2021 after being canceled last year due to the pandemic.
This year’s winners are as follows:

Atlantis slot machine change program raises $150,000 for charities

Guests at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa have donated over $150,000 to charities thanks to special kiosks on the casino floor. The kiosks, which use a program designed by slot manufacturing company Everi, give guests the option to donate the change from their cash-out tickets to four charities: Food Bank of Northern Nevada, the American Cancer Society – Great West Division, Honor Flight Nevada and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeastern California and Northern Nevada.

Monarch Casino and Resort, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCRI) rang the Nasdaq opening bell Monday, May 10 in a virtual event that was streamed online and on the Nasdaq Tower in New York City’s historic Times Square. The iconic bell ringing ceremony, hosted by a Nasdaq senior executive, gave Monarch the opportunity to showcase the company while celebrating milestones and achievements at its award-winning properties: Reno-based Atlantis Casino Resort Spa and Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado.
