A Michigan man is in custody after allegedly drawing a knife, telling patrons in a Carson City bar that he was going to kill them and then leading authorities on a pursuit that ended early Thursday morning in Lyon County.

A Dayton teenager was arrested May 6 for felony grand larceny for allegedly walking out of a South Carson Street department store without paying for seven rings.

Rosendo Plancarte-Perez, 30, was arrested Friday night in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road for felony lewdness with a child under the age of 14.

According to the arrest report, the suspect's stepson reported to Carson City Sheriff's deputies that he watched Plancarte-Perez go into his sister's room and lock the door. When the boy asked his sister later what happened, she said he had touched her private parts. The victim told deputies the suspect had been touching her groin area through her clothes during multiple incidents when her mother was at work.

A wrong turn on South Carson Street led to the arrest of a Carson City man Saturday night on felony drug charges.

A Carson City Sheriff's deputy stopped Anthony Honeycutt, 33, in the 4100 block of South Carson Street after the suspect reportedly tried to turn the wrong way and almost hit the deputy's vehicle. According to the arrest report, the deputy noticed a book on how to grow marijuana on the rear seat of the suspect's vehicle when he approached. He also noticed the smell of marijuana when talking to the suspect, and a plastic purple pail with baggies in it on the floorboard.

According to the arrest report, a hotel employee where Scott was living before she and her roommate were arrested last month for probation violations said he found tin foil with what looked like heroin in it. A Carson City man face a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender and was arrested on Monday.

Albert Franklin O'Neal Jr., 35, had been living in a trailer on a ranch in the 7100 block of Schulz Drive for more than three weeks and had not registered in Carson City, according to the arrest report.

The trailer where O'Neal was living in was east of the main residence where he had been recently hired to work doing maintenance as an independent contractor, the report stated.
