A bear was spotted with a drone Sunday morning near the Carson River area about a mile east from Sunridge Drive in Indian Hills. The bear was close to the Bently Heritage Trail.

After renting a 2-seater UTV from the friendly and helpful folks at BattleBorn Power Sports (https://www.battlebornpowersports.com/) my son and I ventured up to the top of Hot Springs Mountain for a spectacular view of the valley below and the Sierras behind.
