Where is Carson Cassie? Carson City's favorite pond monster is missing
As the rain pours and the gutters flood, many Carson City residents have (probably) wondered, where's Carson Cassie?
Despite the fullness of the drainage pond at the corner of Little Lane and Roop Street, Carson City's favorite mysterious pond monster is nowhere to be seen.
It has been several years since reports of Tahoe Tessie's smaller cousin have surfaced, and fans of the monster are understandably concerned.
Carson Cassie, the second cousin of Tahoe Tessie (on her mother's side) typically surfaces whenever the drainage ditch fills.
Depending on how long the pond remains full, she might be joined by her boyfriend, Carl, followed by their tiny monster children, and, eventually, a dastardly shark.
When she is not in her pond, her whereabouts — as well as the person charged with her room and board during the rest of the year — are unknown.
The last reported sighting of Carson Cassie by Carson Now took place in 2019. She was spotted in mid-December, and no reports on Cassie have been noted since.
So please tell us: Have you seen this monster?
