Ford Bronco 'Super Celebration' brings generations of the famed SUV to Carson City this week
Proud owners of the rugged Ford Bronco and all of its 4-wheel drive incarnations that have spanned multiple generations will be touring the region and proudly displaying their vehicles at Mills Park in Carson City this Wednesday through Saturday.
The Bronco Super Celebration will bring Ford Bronco aficionados from throughout Nevada and Northern California to the capital city for a four-day stretch of fall on and off-road rides, including Prison Hill OHV Recreation Area, plus trips to the region's old mining and ghost towns, drives to Lake Tahoe, Reno and more. Wild Horses 4 X4 Club will host many of the off-road rides and tours.
The public is invited to Mills Park to see the vehicles and speak with the owners. Daily showings run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mills Park is located at 1111 E William St, Carson City. Nearly 200 vehicles are expected over the course of the four-day event. Public viewing is free as is parking.
The four-day Bronco experience brings on-site activities, vendor booths, daily drives, awards, product giveaways and more. The first Ford Bronco SUV models, which now spans six generations, were sold from the 1966 to 1996 model years. A sixth generation of the model line was introduced in 2021 and continues through 2023 and will continue in 2024.
