Booking photos released of Naomi Irion kidnapping suspect, DA hearing Wednesday in Fernley
UPDATE 2:19PM: The Lyon County District Attorney's Office probable cause and bail hearing for Troy Driver will be held at the Canal Township Justice Court at 565 E. Main St, Fernley on Wednesday March 30, 2022 at noon. The Courtroom will be open to the public and is set up with a large screen to view the proceedings. Driver will be physically located at the Yerington Jail for the hearing and will appear via Zoom at the Courthouse.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office has released the booking photos of Troy Driver who is being held for alleged kidnapping in the disappearance of Naomi Irion who authorities say was abducted in the early morning hours of March 12 in Fernley.
Driver, 41, was taken into custody Friday as was a truck associated to him, by the Lyon County Sheriff's Office.

According to Lyon County Sheriff's Office, Driver is scheduled for a hearing either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Driver has a criminal history and has spent time in prison, records show. In 1997 he pled guilty to being an accessory to murder after the fact, as well as three charges of second-degree robbery of a Ukiah Circle K convenience store and Chevron Service stations in Willits and Rohnert Park, Calif. He also pled guilty to second-degree burglary in connection with a break-in of a hardware store. Driver was sentenced to 15 years in state prison for all of the crimes.
