Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting Wednesday, March 17, 2021 that there are 21 new cases and 51 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad County region. This brings the total number of cases to 11,509, with 9,964 recoveries and 209 deaths; 1,336 cases remain active.
