113th Annual Carson Valley Days announced, parade theme ‘Aloha, Carson Valley!’
Say Aloha to the 113th annual Carson Valley Days celebration, which will be taking place this year from June 8 - 11 at Lampe Park in Gardnerville.
The theme this year for the parade will be “Aloha, Carson Valley!”
Hosted each year by the Carson Valley Active 20-30 Club, Carson Valley Days has long been a staple in the Douglas County community.
Events span the weekend, including music, games, crafts and more, with the parade and carnival at the center of it all.
The Carson Valley Days Carnival takes place Thursday through Sunday.
Carnival presale tickets can be purchased at three locations: Accolades Trophies, Raley's, and Nevada State Bank. Tickets are good for either Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Buddy night (Thursday) wristbands will be sold at the carnival only.
The parade takes place Saturday morning, spanning from downtown Minden into Gardnerville.
Throughout the weekend you can find craft fair vendors, food trucks and stands, games, horse shoe tournaments, live music, raffles, and more.
