Carson City deputies make arrests for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace warrant
A 23-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and drunken pedestrian, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
According to the booking report, the man allegedly had been aggressive in a parking lot of a fast food restaurant and he had been drinking. Officers observed the man yelling profanities and attempted to defuse the situation.
The man called officers names and continued to be aggressive. Witnesses advised the same as well as a family member. The report stated that issuing a citation wouldn't have resulted in him stopping as he continued being aggressive. He was booked on the alleged offenses. No bail amount was listed.

— A 44-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday for a warrant alleging misdemeanor disturbing the peace. The warrant was issued August 15, 2023. The woman was booked and release.
