Battle Born Counseling in Carson City is now open for new patients
A formal ribbon cutting for the new Battle Born Counseling Center was held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024 to provide a safe and comforting space for those needing assistance in reducing their substance abuse disorders.
The center is conveniently located at 1802 N. Carson Center, Suite 103 in Carson City and is the dream of owner Brandie Lincoln who has been a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor since 2012 providing inpatient and outpatient services focusing on adolescents and adults.
Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell and Chamber Executive Committee Board member James Hardiman were on hand to celebrate with many others as the ribbon was cut to launch this new and important business.
According to Lincoln, “Our mission is to provide the highest quality care in order to help people live healthier and more productive lives.”
Her services are wide-ranging to include DUI counseling and evaluations, anger management, substance abuse counseling and more. She can assist in resolving court mandated treatment and other program support that makes a difference to include personal coaching . The Center accepts Medicaid and private insurance and provides low cost evaluations and counseling.
Lincoln has a true passion for helping those in need “find a manageable path to recovery.” She works directly with Parole & Probation, Carson City Justice Court, East Fork Justice Court, Dayton Justice Court as well as others around Lake Tahoe and Reno.
