Carson City's Children Museum offers half price admission for South Tahoe fire evacuee families
The Children's Museum of Northern Nevada, much like the rest of the community, is feeling saddened for those that had to evacuate from South Lake Tahoe due to the Caldor fire. This is such a scary time and the Museum wants to be a fun and safe environment to help those families take their minds off of the unknown.
The Museum is now offering 50 percent off regular admission price, for those who have a license/ID from the South Lake Tahoe communities. For those who had to evacuate, admission will be a $5 per child over the age of 2 and adults are free!
Admission lasts all day, and you can come and go as you please.
The Museum's hours of operation are
Monday-Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturdays: 10am-4pm
Sundays: Closed
