Growth management discussion July 18 with Carson City Supervisor Schuette
Build2Win is sponsoring a dialogue with Carson City Supervisor Lisa Schuette on growth management. Growth Management Committee was initiated in 1978 in response to growth that was pressuring the City’s ability to provide critical services and infrastructure. This Committee regulates residential growth by limiting the number of building permits for residential units each year in Carson City.

How long should allocated permits be valid?
