Obituary: Kiyah Davis

June 24, 2023 (All day) Hello my name is Kiyah Genae Davis and I was born on April 17, 2000 in Carson City. Unfortunately, I left this earth over Father’s Day weekend on June 17th, I was 23 years old. I leave behind my wife of almost five years and the love of my live, Julia Albiter. Julia was my heart, my soul, my rock and my shoulder. I don’t know how life would have been without Julia by my side.
My big sister, Alexia Davis, who is my best friend and someone I could always count on to be there for me. My parents Tim & Macina Davis, who loved me everyday of my life and were proud of me and my accomplishments.
I was also very lucky to grow up with and sadly leave behind all of my grandparents, who showered me with love my whole life.
I had a wonderful childhood and short but fulfilling adulthood, full of good memories, friends and a loving family. I loved to laugh, joke and spend time with my wife and friends. I loved all creatures, furry or otherwise. Never met an animal I didn’t love. Especially dogs.
I loved quail egg shooters, hot sauce, nacho cheese. Conspiracy theories tickled my brain. So did music and movies. I enjoyed the dog park, fishing, soccer, videos games, traveling and spending time with my friends and family. My niece and nephew were a blessing to meet and know. I will miss my best bud Aiyden and all the fun we had together. Little Scarlett, to young to remember me but we loved each other in our two years together.
My family will be holding a friends vigil at Fireman’s Memorial at Mills Park on Saturday 24 @ 6pm. Come say goodbye to Kiyah with them my style. A private family and closest friends service will be held at Waltons to lay our wife, daughter, granddaughter, niece and loved friend to rest.
