Brian Lester Performs as The Brother Dan Show takes Monday off, May 23
Local livestream The Brother Dan Show has been streaming every Monday for over three years, and now streams from the Bank Saloon in Carson City.
The show will take a one-week pause in broadcasting, but the show must go on, and the local in-person audience will be treated to a fun afternoon of music by the show’s director, Brian Lester.
A veteran of the local music scene, Lester performs regularly in the area with local bands including Buster Chops, and Prime Time, to name just two, and his schedule includes occasional appearances at The Bank Saloon. While he is proficient on multiple instruments, including guitar, bass, and keyboards, his experience in video installation, production, and procurement make him a talented director and a valuable asset to the show. This appearance will allow Brian to showcase his musical gifts, even while keeping his hands too busy to simultaneously direct the show.
Lester will perform during the scheduled The Brother Dan Show time slot, 4:30-6:30pm, at 418 S. Carson St. in Carson City.
Attendees can enjoy free pizza from Mangia Tutto, along with refreshing craft cocktails.
The Brother Dan Show returns next week, with Western songwriter Almeda Bradshaw.
