Build2Win workshop to focus on winning qualities of elected officials
Build2Win invites the public to attend an April 27 workshop that discusses the "Qualities for an Effective Elected Official."
- Do you know how your elected officials should represent you, the voter?
- What qualities make elected officials excel at their job?
- Do you feel represented when you attend City or Boards meetings?
- Does executive experience and problem solving skills benefit you?
- What qualities, experience and judgment should voters prioritize to make their selection?
Build2Win is sponsoring a panel of distinguished county officials, past and present, to share their insights when they were in local government. As Lyon and Storey County Commissioners, Ken Gray and Clay Mitchell, and Carson City Supervisor, Shelly Aldean, will tell us the secrets of their successes and lessons learned.
Saturday, April 27th
