Carson City's Catmandu introduces their Cat of the Week: Cinza
Catmandu is 10 years old this month!
Cinza, our cat of the week, is very excited about our birthday. Of course, it is really easy to get Cinza excited. Barely one year old, this short-haired gray/blue girl is a fur-covered bundle of energy and fun.
She is very active and absolutely loves to play. She delights in using big cat trees as a Jungle gym and enjoys physical play.
Cinza would do best in a more active home with another young cat who likes to play or a cat-friendly dog that could be her play and cuddle buddy. She was surrendered with her friend Remi. They are good friends, but not tightly bonded. However, if they could go to a new home together, it would be fabulous.
Curious and in the middle of everything, Cinza is very sweet and social. She likes people, enjoys pets, and is perfectly fine being picked up. She is good with respectful children that know how to interact with a cat, although she can play rough which may lead to some scratches.
Cinza is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccines. If you are interested in meeting this special girl, please complete a pre-adoption application on our website at CatmanduCC.org/adoptions and plan to visit her this weekend.
Catmandu is a cage-free cat sanctuary and rescue that is celebrating a decade of lifesaving in 2024. Since March of 2014, more than 2700 cats have passed through our doors and into a better life. Many, many other cats and kittens have been helped over the years through our various programs and efforts. Catmandu is a non-profit organization that receives no government funding or assistance from national organizations. We rely on donations and the generosity of the community to continue our lifesaving efforts. If you are interested in donating or volunteering, please visit our website at CatmanduCC.org
