Every month, the Park Rangers offer various Ranger-Led programs that include educational opportunities, historical fun, and exciting adventures. All programs are offered for free and take place in one of the many Carson City parks and open space areas.
Celebrate Carson City's Trails on National Trails Day

June 5, 2021 - 9:00am The Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space Department, in collaboration with Muscle powered, the Greenhouse Project, and Carson Tahoe Health, will host a National Trails Day celebration on Saturday, June 5, 9 a.m. at the Foothill Trailhead, 1535 Medical Parkway (behind the CTH Cancer Center and next to the Foothill Garden).
