Pair jailed on multiple charges after Carson City deputy finds them in stolen car

A man and woman were arrested early Wednesday on multiple felony charges including possession of stolen property and drug possession after a deputy found the pair in a car reported stolen, Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.

Senator Square: Gearing up for the Carson High School talent show

The annual talent show is coming up at Carson High School. The event will take place 7 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Carson Community Center. Auditions for the talent show will be on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2:05 p.m. in the upstairs cafeteria at CHS. Audition applications can be picked up from room No. 243 or the office. The CHS talent show is only open to ninth through 12th graders at CHS and cash prizes are awarded. The CHS chapter of FBLA is hosting this event.
