In January of this year, a Muslim mosque was criminally destroyed in Victoria, Texas. A community of approximately 65,000 residents. Immediately, other Victoria houses of worship offered Victoria Moslems to use their respective place of prayer until the rebuilding of the mosque.

Presently, in Victoria, the B'Nai Israel temple is being shared. A web site established by the Victoria Jewish community has collected over one-million dollars for the construction of a rebuilt mosque which has an estimated cost of nine-hundred thousand.

Construction continues on second Dutch Bros. in Carson City

The structure is up, but construction continues on the new Dutch Bros. store located on East William Street next door to Auto Zone.

U.S. 50 near Cave Rock Update

While there is no estimated time of reopening the roadway, the Nevada Department of Transportation continues to make progress removing monolithic-size boulders which fell onto U.S. 50 north of the Cave Rock area of Lake Tahoe.

Large boulder slides into eastbound Highway 50 at Tahoe near same rockslide area as Monday

Two boulders came down onto Highway 50 in the Logan Creek area of Lake Tahoe again on Tuesday, close to the same exact area as Monday's large boulder slide.

No vehicles were involved and there were no injuries. The first one happened earlier this morning and was removed. The second boulder dropped into the road shortly before noon. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol as of 12:22 p.m., the eastbound lane is blocked. Traffic is being routed using the westbound lane.

Crews work to remove vehicle-sized boulder that slid onto Highway 50 near Lake Tahoe

UPDATE 1:40PM: The Nevada Department of Transportation has removed the large boulder that fell this morning, blocking one eastbound lane of U.S. 50 in Lake Tahoe. No vehicles were involved in the slide, and no injuries were reported.
