Carson City emergency crews called to crash involving two pedestrians on Hot Springs Road
UPDATE: Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies were called Thursday evening to a vehicle crash involving two pedestrians near a Hot Springs Road apartment.
The crash happened at around 6:35 p.m. Multiple 911 calls were made of a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle, and was alert and conscious with back pain.
According to Carson City Fire Department Batallion Chief Micahl Horton, two pedestrians were struck on Hot Springs Road. Both were taken by ground ambulance to Carson Tahoe Hospital with minor injuries.
The vehicle that hit the pedestrian stopped and was interviewed by Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies.
The crash was near an apartment complex at 625 Hot Springs Road.
There was also a crash earlier in the area of Long and Roop streets. It is unknown at this time if there were any injuries or if anyone was taken to the hospital.
