Governor unveils Nevada Fallen Heroes book on eve of Veterans Day
Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval unveiled a living memorial Monday honoring Nevada's military men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Nevada Fallen Heroes book will be displayed in the front entrance of the Nevada State Capitol building and contains the names of every Nevadan killed in action dating back to the Civil War.
"The Nevada Fallen Heroes Book will be a living memorial. Each of these names tells a different story. Each name represent dreams deterred," said the governor in his Twitter feed. "As we reflect on the names within this book, we must endeavor to uphold the ideals for which they gave their last full measure of devotion."
