Carson City crime log: Deputies make multiple warrant arrests
A 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday in the area of 10th and Curry Street for two felony parole violation warrants, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
Paul Curtis Scriven was taken into custody at 8 p.m. after a sheriff’s deputy was called to the area for a verbal dispute report. Prior to arrival dispatch advised the confirmed warrants for Scriven were issued from the California Department of Corrections.
He’s being held without bail awaiting extradition.
In other arrests:
— A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, 1:35 p.m. in the area of Fifth and Carson Meadows for a misdemeanor violation of bail contempt warrant issued August 30, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000.
— A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 4:20 a.m. in the area of North Carson and Bath Street for a misdemeanor warrant issued Sept. 29 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $165.
— A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Monday, 5:57 a.m. in the 4300 block of North Carson Street for a misdemeanor warrant, violation of a suspended sentence, issued Aug. 18, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 12:51 a.m. in the area of Highway 50 East and North Edmonds for a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia, a meth pipe. Bail: $1,855.
— A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 12:29 a.m. in the area of East Long Street and North Peters Street for misdemeanor suspicion of being an intoxicated pedestrian and a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. Bail: $572.
