Dayton Branch Library to host 5th annual Trunk or Treat on Oct. 21
Join the Dayton Branch Library on Friday, Oct. 21 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., for their annual trunk or treat event! This year is sure to delight as the library is expecting to fill their parking lot with over 30 decorated trunks!

Mid term elections are coming up quickly, with the first day to begin early voting scheduled for this Saturday, Oct. 22. While election day itself will take place as usual on Nov. 8, early voting will take place from Oct. 22 until Nov. 4.
Capitol City Gun Club Ladies Day happening Oct. 22
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, on October 22, 2022, Capitol City Gun Club in Carson City, NV will host a Ladies Day Fun Shoot from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Fees will be discounted for ladies all day and ladies who wear pink will receive on free round of twenty-five targets on a course of their choice.
Carson City’s 29th Annual Ghost Walk returns Saturday, Oct. 22 with exploration of ‘Ghost Club’
Through a spirit led walking tour of Carson City’s historical and haunted West side, this year’s theme explores “Ghost Club” a paranormal investigation and research organization, founded in 1862 and believed to be the oldest such organization in the world.

'Musicans for Moser' Saturday at Nashville Social Club to benefit Carson City native battling cancer
Please join us in our effort to raise funds for Jeff Moser’s Cancer Journey. Jeff was born and raised in Carson City and is well known for his contributions to the Muscle Powered Bike Group, as well as being a long-time member of Carson City Search and Rescue. Jeff, his wife Kristy and their son Charlie are all an integral and beloved part of our Carson City community.

Carson City Symphony opens 39th season Sunday with 'Faraway Tales' concert
The Carson City Symphony, conducted by Music Director David Bugli and Concertmaster Brian Fox, will open its 39th season on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., with “Faraway Tales” at the Carson City Community Center's Bob Boldrick Theater, 851 E. William Street in Carson City. The concert features two soloists, saxophonist Jessica Dodge-Overstreet and flutist Michelle Powers.
