Carson City area road report for week of Oct. 11-17

The popular summer music event, Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival, has officially announced their date for their annual gathering of Reggae music lovers in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, Lake Tahoe.

Once again, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe will host the event, Sunday, July 24, in the Hard Rock Outdoor Arena.

Sunny, breezy and mild temperatures are expected for the Carson City and Lake Tahoe area into the weekend with the chance for gusty winds, precipitation, and cooler temperatures region-wide beginning late Sunday into Monday, Presidents' Day, according to the National Weather Service.
