Carson City emergency crews called to fully involved mobile home fire on Dori Way
UPDATE 4PM: From Carson City Fire Chief Sean Slamon: The occupant who was home at the time of the fire was safely out of the home prior to firefighters arriving. No injuries were reported. The structure is a total loss. Due to the quick actions of firefighters the adjacent homes were not damaged. Carson City is being covered by mutual aid units.

UPDATE 3:45PM: Carson City Fire Chief Sean Slamon reports knock down on the mobile home fire on Dori Way. One person was out of the residence when firefighters arrived and is being evaluated for injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Carson City Fire Department was called Monday afternoon to a structure fire in the 2100 block of Dori Way in east Carson City.
The call came into dispatch at 3:08 p.m. regarding a structure fire at a residence at 2190 Dori Way, across from Carmine and Sherman. Arriving firefighters report a fully involved fire inside a mobile home.
It is unknown at this time if there are any occupants inside. Nearby homes have been evacuated. An NV Energy power line is reportedly down.
Multiple fire engines are responding. Traffic control measures are underway. People are advised to stay clear of the area to allow for fire engines to get to the fire.
