Carson City arrests: Two jailed on contempt of court warrants
A 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday in the area of Roop and Washington streets for a misdemeanor criminal contempt warrant issued in August.
According to the arrest report, there have been transients making problems recently with Carson City Library staff. The man was in the library not wearing shoes. The deputy ran a check on the man through dispatch to see if he had any warrants. The man had a criminal contempt warrant issued August 15, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000.
In other arrests:
— A 19-year-old Dayton man was booked into jail Tuesday for two misdemeanor warrants issued in August out of Carson City Justice Court.
Both are contempt of court warrants issued August 15 and August 24, 2017. Bail: $917.
