The driver was placed under arrest and continually resisted and disobeyed deputy commands, the report states. On multiple occasions, the driver kicked the inside of the doors of the patrol vehicle he was in, causing deputies to have to stop the investigation and stop him from kicking the doors.
The driver had a wallet in his possession with several ID cards not belonging to him, including multiple credit cards matching the IDs. The driver was read his Miranda warning and he refused to answer question. He also refused evidentiary testing, the arrest report states.
A warrant was later obtained and evidentiary blood was taken. The owner of the property did not know the driver and advised he did not belong on the property. Open containers of alcohol were located in the vehicle.
