CARSON CITY — Gov. Brian Sandoval announced Friday that he has appointed Ann Wilkinson Chairman of the Nevada Public Utilities Commission, effective Sept. 17. Wilkinson will fill the unexpired term of Joe Reynolds.
“Ann is an experienced lawyer and professional who has extensive utility and administrative law experience,” Gov.
