Carson City emergency responders were called to a motorcycle crash Sunday night on Highway 50 Spooner. The crash was reported at 6:30 p.m. in the eastbound lane of Highway 50, west of Golf Club Drive.
A battalion chief on scene reports a motorcycle on its side, and a rider on the ground. One person was taken by ground ambulance to Renown Medical Center in Reno.
There were unconfirmed reports of a passenger on the motorcycle.
Eastbound motorists can expect delays. The crash is being investigated by the Nevada Highway Patrol.
