Carson City area road report for week of August 1-7

Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of August 1-7, 2022. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Curry Street between 2nd Street and 4th Street will be closed, Friday, 12:00pm to 11:00pm for a special event.
— Curry Street between 2nd Street and 4th Street will be closed, Saturday, 10:00am to midnight for a special event.
— Minnesota Street between King Street and 3rd Street will be closed, Saturday, 5:30pm to 10:00pm for a special event.
— 2nd Street between Division Street and Thompson Street will be closed, Saturday, 5:30pm to 10:00pm for a special event.
— Park Street between John Street and Long Street will be closed, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
Sewer and Water Line Replacement Closures (7:00am to 5:30pm):
— Robinson Street at Mountain Street will be closed Monday.
— Robinson Street at Minnesota Street will be closed Tuesday.
— Robinson Street at Division Street will be closed Wednesday.
— Robinson Street at Nevada Street will be closed Thursday.
— Caroline Street between Mountain Street and Elizabeth Street will be closed Tuesday through Thursday.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
— Betts Street between Curry Street and Boyle Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Carson Street between Hot Springs Road and Winnie Lane will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Tuesday, 9:00am to 1:00pm for utility work.
— Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Curry Street between 10th Street and Lake Glen Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
— Curry Street between Rhodes Street and Clearview Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers. Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
— 5th Street between Saliman Road and Warm Springs Road will have shoulder work, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm for utility installation.
— Hobart Road and County Line Road will be flagger controlled, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm for storm drain maintenance.
— Meadow Wood Road at Hobart Road will be flagger controlled, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm for storm drain maintenance.
— Nevada Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will have shoulder work, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Ormsby Boulevard between Newman Place and Ash Canyon Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for utility work.
— Saliman Road between Colorado Street and Sonoma Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Tuesday, 7:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
There will also be intermittent lane closures with flaggers on Colorado Street, Damon Road, and Seeliger Driveways.
— Silver Sage Drive between Koontz Lane and Colorado Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation. There will also be intermittent lane closures on nearby Sonoma Street, Chateau Drive and Colorado Street.
