Carson City deputies arrest woman with mental health issues for trespassing after refusing to leave her mother's house
A 31-year-old woman suffering from mental health issues was arrested for trespassing after refusing to leave her mothers house.
According to the report, the mother called dispatch advising her daughter was at her residence refusing to leave, and that she has mental health issues. The mother stated she was afraid of her daughter.
Upon arrival, deputies informed the daughter that the mother did not want her at the residence. The daughter she she did not care and would not leave.
Deputies had dispatch ask the mother if she wanted the daughter trespassed, and she said she did.
Deputies asked the daughter again to leave and she refused. She was taken into custody without issue.

— A 55-year-old transient man was arrested for trespassing at a convenience store Thursday afternoon.
According to the report, deputies were dispatched to the N. Carson St. convenience store on a report of an unwanted subject.
An hour before, the man had been told by the manager of the store that if he returned to the property he would be arrested for trespassing. Deputies were present when the manager told the man he would be trespassed.
The man then left the location walking south. Shortly later he returned to the property.
Deputies located him in the rear of an adjacent building. He was taken into custody for trespassing without incident.

Warrants:
— A 40-year-old Carson City woman was transported to the Carson City Jail from the Washoe County Jail on a felony failure to appear warrant, issued out of Carson City on June 23, 2020.
Monica Leone Davis was transferred to the jail without issue.
No bail.
— A 32-year-old Sparks man was transferred to the Carson City Jail from the Washoe County Jail on a contempt of court warrant, issued on June 3, 2020.
Bail: $3,000 cash only
— A 37-year-old man was arrested at a local grocery store after a deputy recognized him while conducting a business check.
Richard Ruiz III was taken into custody without incident.
No bail.
