Carson City's Brewery Arts Center announces drive-in movie lineup, show dates
The Brewery Arts Center and longtime partner Carson City Classic Cinema Club team up to bring you a summer of drive-in movies that are fun for the whole family.
These movies are made possible by Garrett Lepire, Battle Born Tree Service, Carson Tahoe Hospital and KD Sound and due to popular demand, are going to be two nights a week! The movie will be every Wednesday with an encore on Thursday. You will see the movie on a large screen and listen through an FM station from your car radio.
Movies will begin at dusk between 8:30 and 8:45 each evening. Gate opens at 7:30 p.m. They will be held in the parking lot of the BAC Performance Hall, 449 West King Street.
We are very excited for the line-up, the schedule is as follows:
— July 8-9: The Lion King
— July 15: Singing in the Rain (July 16, TBA)
— July 22-23: Moana
— July 29-30: A League of Their Own
— August 5-6: Coco
— August 12: Back to the Future
— August 13: Back to the Future 2
These movies are free but space is limited so please RSVP on the events page at breweryarts.org and remember only 1 RSVP per carload is all that is needed. Feel free to bring your own snacks with you, the BAC will not be selling refreshments at this time. Guests will be required to wear a mask outside your vehicles and for restroom use.
