NHP investigates head-on crash at US 395 near Muller Lane in Douglas County, 2 seriously injured
A two vehicle head-on crash Wednesday evening on Highway 395 near Muller Lane in Douglas County shut down the northbound lane of the highway, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Both drivers were transported with serious injuries, according to NHP. One was taken by ground ambulance and the other by Care Flight. The crash was reported to NHP at 5:53 p.m.
The northbound lane of Highway 395 is currently shut down with NHP troopers working on getting vehicles moving via an alternate route on Muller Lane. NHP advises to avoid the area and expect delays.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
