Carson City sheriff's deputies make drug related, multiple warrant arrests
A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday for two felony and multiple misdemeanor warrants, a Carson City sheriff's report states.
Corey Christian Owens was taken into custody by the Carson City Sheriff's Office after being transferred from Washoe County Jail.
Owens was wanted on three outstanding misdemeanor warrants issued from Carson City Justice Court and 1 outstanding warrant out of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City and a felony warrant alleging grand larceny issued out of East Fork Justice Court in Douglas County.
Total bail amount listed from Carson City warrants: $3,000. Warrant bail amount from East Fork Township: $10,000.

— Two were arrested Tuesday for felony warrants, a Carson City Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team report states.
Thomas Benjamin Lovelace, 36, was taken into custody Tuesday in the 2600 block of East Nye Lane for a felony warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was issued March 20 of this year. He was also arrested for suspicion of parole and probation violation and being an absconder. He was held without bail in lieu of a hearing.
Also arrested was Aileen Aiello, 58, who had a felony contempt of court warrant out of Carson City Municipal Court. She was held without bail in lieu of a hearing.
— Two women were arrested Tuesday in the area of South Edmonds and Lompa Lane for suspicion of drug possession and other offenses, a sheriff's arrest report states.
Marie Engel Mulhauser, 18, was arrested for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, and a juvenile court probation warrant, also a felony. She was also booked for suspicion of obstructing and resisting and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanor offenses.
Also arrested was Crystal Garringer, 49, for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the arrest report, deputies made a traffic stop on a vehicle, where Mulhauser provided a false name and date of birth. Officers learned she had a felony warrant for her arrest. As she was taken into custody, she resisted arrest as she was being placed into handcuffs, according to the report.
The passenger in the vehicle was Garringer. A CCSO K9 conducted a free air exterior sniff of the vehicle. The dog alerted positive. Deputies located a glass meth pipe, a loaded hypodermic device and what appeared to be heroin wrapped in tinfoil, the report states.
The drug items were located on the floorboard of the vehicle between the two, both having constructive possession, according to the arrest report.
Mulhauser was being held without bail in lieu of a hearing on the felony warrant. Bail for Garringer: $3,637.
