March gaming revenue down in Carson City area, Lake Tahoe and statewide
Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and other areas of Douglas County except for south shore Lake Tahoe generated gaming revenue, also called "gaming win" of $11,266,250 for March. In March 2022 the "gaming win" was $11,768,379
Meanwhile, casinos at south shore Lake Tahoe saw a significant decrease of 34.01 percent in March, compared to March 2022. Last month, casinos at Stateline report its "gaming win" for the month at $16,781,924 compared to $25,431,573 in March 2022.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,312,090,406, a 3.18 percent decrease compared to March 2022, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,355,201,041.
