According to the report, deputies responded to a call where a man was running around the property naked and screaming. Deputies arrived at the location and knocked on the door of the residence. The man, William Ellergy, opened the door wearing only a shirt with no pants or underwear, the arrest report states.

The man stated he was doing nothing. Officers observed the man constantly moving his jaw back and forth appearing to be under the influence of narcotics. The man was detained. He was asked why he was walking around outside naked. The man replied "I have a shirt on," the arrest report states.

Due to his erratic behavior, he was placed in a patrol vehicle. Deputies continued their investigation. He was arrested for suspicion of indecent exposure and felony violation of alternative sentencing conditions. Bail: $3,000 cash.

A deputy was advised there was a highly intoxicated man inside who had urinated on the door inside the store.

Officers arrived and learn the man went to a market on Winnie Lane. He was found and asked to step outside the store. The man refused to step outside and refused to give his name after several requests. He then turned his back and walked away from the deputy. Officers met with the woman, who advised she was an alcoholic and hit her boyfriend in the back of the head several times. As she was being questioned by a deputy she became verbally abusive toward the officer, arguing and ranting, the report states.

She provided a preliminary breath test of .357. The father of the woman's autistic child was called for an interview and to care for their child. The man said he did not want the woman to get into trouble and blamed himself for making her angry, the report states. The man was told the woman admitted to punching him in the back of the head. The man repeatedly took responsibility for the situation and stated he did not want to press charges.

After the investigation, officers booked the woman for suspicion of domestic battery as the woman had informed the officer she was the primary aggressor.

Due to the woman's level of intoxication she was taken to the hospital. Once she was cleared she was taken to jail. Bail: $3,112.
