Carsonites Queue for COVID-19 Clinic
Carson City residents, and those in our sister Quad-Counties, queued up at Fuji Park Friday for their COVID-19 vaccinations.
The vaccine clinic was organized and orchestrated by the Nevada National Guard, and patients signed up for their shots in 15 minute groups.
By 11 a.m., one guard member stated she had already performed around 100 doses.
Patients were asked to fill out forms before being taken to a table where their dose was administered. Following the dosage, patients were asked to sit and wait for 15 minutes to make sure no vaccine complications would occur.
