Carson Valley Medical Center Renews Support With Donation To Community Center
Carson Valley Medical Center (CVMC), a strong supporter of the Douglas County Community & Senior Center has renewed their pledge again to be the Douglas County Community Services Foundation 2021 Naming Rights sponsor for all eight scoreboards in the Douglas County Community Center gymnasium located on Waterloo Lane in Gardnerville.
All youth, adults and their families who spend time in the gym for hundreds of healthy activities will see all eight scoreboards proudly sponsored by Carson Valley Medical Center with reminders for healthy lifestyle choices.
Carson Valley Medical Center has provided a financial donation that supports the programs at the Center with their 2021 Naming Rights sponsorship.
“At CVMC, our business is to keep the community healthy and we view the Douglas County Community & Senior Center as a huge partner in this effort. We hope everyone in our community sees the value of having a place to go for so many healthy, recreational activities,” said Shannon Albert, Director of Operations, Carson Valley Medical Center.

The Douglas County Community Services Foundation was formed in 2011 to support community and senior centers in Douglas County at the lake and in the valley.
The main emphasis was to support the construction of the new Douglas County Community & Senior Center and its ongoing equipment and facility needs. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(C)(3) corporation to provide funding for additional and ongoing improvements to the Community & Senior Center with the maximum amount of accountability.
