Carson City student arrested for pushing girlfriend at high school
An 18-year-old high school student was arrested for domestic battery after allegedly pushing his girlfriend into a wall “using great force.”
According to the arrest report, the student was arrested at the high school after the School Resource Officer was called in by the principal and dean.
The SRO watched video footage from the school’s surveillance system, which showed the student “using a great amount of force to throw his girlfriend into a wall, causing her to fall to the ground,” according to the report.
Once the video had stopped, the student told the SRO that the “video showed everything that had happened.”
The SRO took the student into custody for domestic battery.
