Carson City deputies make weekend arrests for alleged DUI, drug and warrant offenses
Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies made numerous arrests over the weekend, including arrests for alleged DUI, drugs and warrant offenses.
A 21-year-old Washoe Valley man was arrested March 4, 5:54 a.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of DUI, failure to maintain a lane and gross misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription. Bail: $3,724.
— A 22-year-old Dayton man, Nicholaus Lee Hein, was arrested Saturday for suspicion of felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor DUI and failure to maintain a travel lane. Bail: $3,724.
— A 22-year-old Carson City man, Mario Alberto Rico-Ortega, was arrested Saturday for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, two counts violation of bail conditions, possession of drug paraphernalia and a contempt of court warrant. Bail: $12,137.
— A 22-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Saturday for suspicion of violation of bail conditions, a misdemeanor offense. According to the booking report, the woman was on Alternative Sentencing with a condition not to drink alcohol. She provided a preliminary breath test of .135 and was taken into custody via DAS request. Bail: $3,000 cash only.
— A 37-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Friday for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail: $956.
— A 27-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested Sunday for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI and driving without a valid license. Bail: $1,329.
