Carson City Fire Department knock down mobile home fire on Bel Aire Way
UPDATE 7:45 a.m. Three dogs inside the residence were rescued by Carson City Fire Department firefighters who entered the home, said Battalion Chief Jason Danen. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies responded Thursday morning to a structure fire at a residence in the 2800 block of Bel Aire Way.
The fire was called out at around 5:40 a.m. Reporting callers told dispatch the structure fire was inside a mobile home and that there were dogs inside the residence.
Firefighters arrived on scene and learned all people associated with the mobile were evacuated. Nearby residences were also evacuated.
Firefighters fought the fire, with a reported knock down at around 6 a.m. All dogs associated with the residence were accounted for, according to a Carson City Fire Department battalion chief on scene.
Roads leading into the mobile home, located between Sherman Lane and East Nye Lane, were closed to allow for fire trucks.
Truckee Meadows Fire, Central Lyon and East Fork Fire were called as mutual aid. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
