Carson City sheriff's deputies make drug, protection order violation and warrant arrests
A 40-year-old man was arrested Wednesday for suspicion of suspected heroin and methamphetamine possession and other offenses, a Carson City sheriff's booking report states.
Adrian Lee Jones was taken into custody in the area of Northgate and Gardengate Way. He was also arrested for suspicion of driving with expired vehicle registration, having a suspended driver's license, no proof of vehicle insurance and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail: $7,446.
In other arrests:
— A 43-year-old El Dorado, Calif., man, Vaughn William Terrell, was arrested Feb. 23 for a fugitive from justice warrant issued in June 2020 out of Superior Court Amador County. Bail: $50,000.
— A 54-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested Feb. 23 for suspicion of violation of a temporary protection order, driving without a valid license, expired registration and no proof of insurance. Bail: $4,138.
— A 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested Feb. 23 for suspicion of violation of a temporary protection order. Bail: $3,000.
— A 27-year-old Reno man was booked into jail Tuesday on an outside agency warrant issued out of Tahoe Township Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A 47-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested Wednesday for a misdemeanor warrant issued in June 2019 out of East Fork Township Court. Bail: $840.
— A 27-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Tuesday for a misdemeanor warrant alleging open or gross lewdness. Bail: $2,000.
