Food trucks take root at capitol grounds for legislative session in Carson City
New grab and go dining options are closer than ever during this legislative session thanks to the food trucks that have taken up residence at the Nevada State Capitol grounds.
The new inhabitants are thanks to the session, and the hungry law makers and staffers that come with it.
However, the trucks aren't only for those employed by the legislature; the entire community is welcome to walk the grounds, grab a picnic table, and order from the variety of food options.
The number of food trucks and what they serve changes daily, so be sure to return for different cuisine.
Local trucks include the Bus Boy, Kitchen 1861, Nayami Tacos, and many more.
