Carson Chamber Singers to begin rehearsals for spring concerts
The Carson Chamber Singers, a performing group of the Carson City Symphony Association, will begin rehearsals on Tuesday, Jan. 25, for spring concerts in May.
The rehearsal, directed by Ricky Hutton, will be 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the LDS Church, 411 N. Saliman Road in Carson City. Weekly rehearsals will include two with instrumental ensemble.
The concerts will be Saturday, May 14 in Carson City, and Sunday, May 15, in Reno. The program includes "Frostiana" and “The Last Words of David” by Randall Thompson, and “Requiem” by John Rutter.
